Vapor Testing

Aquam’s sewer odor detection services can pinpoint the location of sewer odor leaks from the sanitary system as well as isolate and pressurize the suspected system to determine leak areas. By pressure testing the sanitary system, we are able to locate the problem causing sewer gas. Once the problems are located, a plumber can make the necessary repairs.

This process involves vapor testing of a sanitary system by inducing a vapor that has the same properties as sewer gas. With a very distinct smell and being able to see the vapor, we follow both back to faults and rodent activity in your sanitary system. If there is a fault in the sanitary system causing sewer gas, the vapor test will reveal it.
